EVENT

Deaf MTB  Europacup for Clubs  (Mountain Bike)  is a racing series with 3 locations per year.

Each site includes 2 competitions for 2 days (possible 3 races or 3 days for 3 races)

They are composed of:

•  XCO       Olympic cross country

• XCR         Team Relay                   

• XCE          Eliminator                    

• XCM         Marathon                     

• UXC         Uphill time trial         

• ENDURO  Enduro                        

• XCC          Short Track                  

VERANSTALTUNG

Deaf MTB  Europacup for Clubs  (Mountain Bike) ist eine Rennserie mit 3 Austragungsorten jährlich. Je Austragungsort umfasst je 2 Bewerbe (außer XCM).

Sie bestehen aus:

ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE

All deaf clubs from Europe and the rest of the world, which are in possession of a valid club card from the respective countries, are eligible.

TEILNAHMEBERECHTIGT

Teilnahmeberechtigt sind  vereinsweise  alle Gehörlose aus Europa und dem Rest der Welt, welche einen gültigen Verbandspass des jeweiligen Landes vorweisen können.

AGE ELIGIBILITY

XCO, XCR, XCE, XCC  et  UXC : All cyclists who have reached the age of seventeen (17) in the same year as the Competition. Example: Competition in 2024 athletes must be born in 2007 or earlier.                     

XCM : All cyclists who have reached the age of nineteen (19) in the same year as the Competition. Example: Competition in 2024 athletes must be born in 2005 or before.

ALTERSBESCHRÄNKUNG

XCO  XCR,XCE  et  UXC : Alle Teilnehmer müssen mindestens siebzehn (17) Jahre alt sein. Beispiel: im Veranstaltungsjahr 2017 geboren 2000 oder früher.

XCM : Alle Teilnehmer müssen mindestens neunzehn (19) Jahre alt sein. Beispiel: im Veranstaltungsjahr 2017 geboren 1998 oder früher.

ORGANIZER of the RACES.

At the last event of each year, the following year's candidates will be chosen at a teamsters meeting and the races will be allocated to the 3 organizers in terms of voting.

VERGABE DER RENNEN

Jeweils bei der letzten Veranstaltung des Jahres werden bei der Mannschaftsführersitzung die Kandidaten für das darauffolgende Jahr ermittelt und die Rennen an die 3 Veranstalter mittels Abstimmung vergeben.

POINTS

There are points awarded for 1st (250 points) up to 60th (8 points) place. The points table can be found under the following link: http://mtbdeafeuropacup.jimdo.com 

Points for the individual classification are awarded only for: XCO, XCC, XCM, XCE and UXC.

For XCR, there are only points awarded for the team classification.

There is only one list for women and one for men.

PUNKTÉ

Es gibt Punkte für die Plätze 1 (300 Punkte) bis 70 (5). Die Punktetabelle gibt es bei http://mtbdeafeuropacup.jimdo.com 

Punkte für die Einzelwertung gibt es nur für XCO, XCM, XCE et UXC

Für das XCR gibt es Punkte nur für die Mannschaftswertung

Es gibt nur eine Einheitsliste Damen und eine Einheitsliste Herren.

REGISTRATION FEES

XCO, XCE, XCC, UXC : 15 € per Person

XCR : 15 € per team

XCM : according to the organization (hearing)

Pay in bank to the organizer (in case of absence, no reimbursement unless follow regulation no. 9)

If DMEC itself organizes events (none of the clubs organize), it will be 5 euros per event ("10%", 1.5 euros will replace 5 euros) due to trophy costs.

EGISTRATION DEADLINE

The registration deadline is 8 days before race day. Late registrations are possible from 7 days until 1 hour before the race. Although with a supplement of €5. 

MELDESCHLUSS

Meldeschluss ist 8 Tage vor dem Renntag.
Nachmeldungen ab 7 Tage vor dem Renntag bis 1 Stunde vor dem Start sind möglich, mit einem Aufpreis von € 5.

NO PARTICIPATION

In the event of non-participation of an athlete, the registration fees will be retained. Unless the athlete unregisters due to injury or illness (with medical certificate).

NICHTTEILNAHME

Bei Nichtteilnahme eines Sportlers wird das Startgeld trotzdem eingehoben. Außer wenn 3 Tage vor dem Rennen abgemeldet wird und wenn es aufgrund einer Verletzung oder einer Erkrankung erfolgt (mit ärztlichem Attest).

The organizer undertakes to provide medical assistance throughout the duration of the races.

Der Organisator ist verpflichtet, medizinische Assistenz für die gesamte Dauer des Rennens zu gewährleisten.

SERVICE

Ensuring is:

·         Parking

·          Locker room with showers

·          Bicycle washing station

A list of available hotels, hostels or other types of accommodation should also be provided.

·         Waschplatz für die Fahrräder 

Weiters ist eine Liste der verfügbaren Gasthöfe, Hotels oder andere bereitzustellen.

TRANSPORTATION

Each participant or participating club must organize their own arrival and departure as well as transportation during the event.

TRANSPORT

Jeder Teilnehmer bzw. teilnehmende Verein hat für die An- und Abreise sowie für den Transport innerhalb des Veranstaltungsortes selbst zu sorgen.

RESPONSIBILITY

The organizer declines all responsibility in the event of an accident of any kind before, during and after the event.

It is recommended that every athlete be covered by insurance.

VERANTWORTUNG

Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Verantwortung für etwaige Unfälle aller Art vor, während und nach der Veranstaltung. Es wird empfohlen, dass jeder Athlet versichert ist.

OBLIGATION FOR THE PARTICIPATING CLUB

The club, for which the athletes participate in the Europacup races, undertakes to report this to its own national sports association.

Each club must ensure that all athletes are covered by insurance and are in possession of a medical certificate for the sport of cycling.

OBLIGAT FÜR DEN TEILNEHMENDEN VEREIN

Der Verein, bei welchem die Athleten an den Europacup-Rennen teilnehmen, ist verpflichtet, dies dem eigenen nationalen Sportverband mitzuteilen.

Jeder Verein hat dafür zu sorgen, dass die eigenen Athleten versichert sind und dass sie im Besitz eines sportärztlichen Attest für die Ausübung des Radsports sind.

OBLIGATION FOR THE ORGANIZER

The organizing club undertakes to register the races with its own national sports association.

10% of the registration fees go to the Europacup fund. It is provided to cover various expenses such as newsletters, internet expenses, Alpencup overall champion trophies, etc.

OBLIGAT FÜR DEN VERANSTALTER

Der Veranstalterverein ist verpflichtet, die Rennen beim eigenen nationalen Sportverband anzumelden.

10 % des Startgeldes kommt dem Europacup-Fonds zugute. Es ist für die Abdeckung verschiedener Spesen wie Rundschreiben, Internetspesen, Pokale für Gesamtalpencupsieger usw. vorgesehen.

CONTEST RULES

Mountain Bike competitions will take place in accordance with the UCI Regulations version 2024.

WETTKAMPFREGELN

Die Mountain Bike Wettkämpfe werden in Übereinstimmung mit den Regeln und Regularien des UCI (Version 2013) durchgeführt.

COMPETITION EQUIPMENT

All equipment and apparatus used during competitions will comply with the UCI Rules and Regulations.

WETTKAMPFAUSRÜSTUNG

Alle während der Wettkämpfe benutzte Ausrüstung entspricht den UCI Regeln und Regularien.

COMPETITION PLAN.

The duration of the XCO cross event will be 1h15 minimum and 1h30 maximum for the men's event and 1h00 minimum and 1h15 maximum for the women's event.  

The Cross Country XCO mountain bike event must be between 4 and 6 km in length and must be repeated several times. The number of rounds will be decided by the teamsters meeting.

WETTKAMPFPLAN

Die Dauer des Cross Country Rennens  XCO  ist mind.1:20 Stunden und max. 1:40 Stunden für die Herren sowie mind.1:00 Stunden und max. 1:15 Stunden für die Damen.

Der Rundkurs für das Mountain Bike Rennen Cross Country  XCO  ist zwischen 4km and 6km lang and muss mehrere Male umrundet werden. Die Anzahl der Runden wird bei der Mannschaftsführersitzung festgelegt.

Jedes Team bei XCR Teambewerb besteht aus drei (3) Sportler (Herren oder Damen oder Gemischt).

TECHNICAL MEETING

Technical meetings always take place the day before the first races. Departure: always at 8:30 p.m. The organization provides information on the location.

TECHNISCHE SITZUNGEN

Die Technische Sitzungen sind immer am Vortag des 1.Rennens. Début: bijoux 20h30 Uhr.  Ort wird von der Organization mitgeteilt.

CONTROL AND SANCTIONS

Hearing aids

The use of hearing aids/amplifiers or the external parts of cochlear implants is prohibited within the restricted zone.

Restricted access area

The restricted area comes into effect from the moment athletes cycle around the park during the warm-up and competition period.

Offenses and sanctions

In the event of violation of this rule, the rider will be disqualified.

CONTRÔLES ET SANCTIONS

Hörhilfen

Das Benutzen von Hörhilfen/-verstärkern oder der externen Teile von Cochlear Implantaten, ist  innerhalb der Sperrzone verboten.

Sperrzone

Die Sperrzone tritt in Kraft vom Zeitpunkt zu dem die Sportler das Wettkampfgelände betreten  während der Aufwärm- und Wettkampfzeiten.

Verstoß et Strafen

Wenn gegen diese Regel verstoßen wird, wird der Sportler disqualifiziert.

PROTESTS

Procedure for filing a complaint

Any official complaint must be submitted in writing in English on the complaint form. The form must be submitted to the race director (organizer) with 50 euros within twenty (20) minutes of the official posting of the results.

The €50 deposit will only be returned to the caller if the complaint is considered valid.

PROTESTER

Vorgehensweise eines Protestations

Alle ofziellen Proteste müssen schriftlich auf Englisch auf dem Protestformular eingereicht werden. Das Formular muss zusammen mit € 50 beim Renndirektor (Organisation) innerhalb von zwanzig (20) Minuten nach offizieller Bekanntgabe der Ergebnisse vorgelegt werden.

Die Kaution von € 50 wird den Protesteinlegenden nur dann zurück  erstattet, wenn dem Protest stattgegeben wird.

Competition clothing

Competitors must wear clothing in their club colors.

WETTKAMPFKLEIDUNG

Die Sportler müssen die Kleidung mit ihren Club-Farben tragen. Sie können auch das Meistertrikot, das sie bei der letzten nationalen Meisterschaft in gleicher Disziplin errungen haben, tragen.

Start in XCO order

1st day (we followed the ranking point with the average of the last 3 previous events) in case of 1st round, we will take UCI ranking of points except the day of the UXC event so we take the order of that for XCO

 If a participant was not present for the prize giving then the trophy will not be awarded (i.e. do not send the package, nor give it to anyone else for delivery to this participant)
